I am sure this is not new (in fact, I know it isn't because it's typical
usage in tabloid fodder):

There are 227K raw ghits for "peek-a-boob". These include strip clubs,
TMZ commentary, Lindsay Lohan sightings and much else beside.

Then, there is this headline from NYPost, July 27, 2010:

Note that in the latter, the "boob" reference goes with the tame "idiot"
