OMGodot -- does that explain the title of the British TV comedy
series?  I'd always wondered, having forgotten the above attribution.

(FYI, the Harvard catalog has 31 listings for the titles "Waiting for
Godot ..." -- and only 8 for "Waiting for God ...".  And four of the
latter are for editions of Simome Weil's book.)
