"Palpebral Slant" not in OED

Shouldn't the OED have an entry for Palpebral Slant--the technical term for the 'slanted eyes' (as in the normal eye shape of many Asians of Chinese and Japanese descent?). It is not even in the OED medical dictionaries, although it sometimes occurs pathologically in persons who do not genetically receive this trait).
