Nothing out of the ordinary, just an interesting sentence structure:

> rest of the world?

I don't expect another cottage industry to rise out of that one. I
haven't seen the interview so I don't know if "how to we" is correct.
But it's a possible screw-up from being caught in transition between
"how to do" and "how do we".
