Robert "Granddad" Freeman:
"Boy, don't be drinking my orange juice straight out the carton! Get
you a glass!
Riley "Li'l Reezi" Freeman, pausing in his drinking straight from the carton:
"I don't need no glass, Grandad. I _takes_ mine _through the head_!"
then going back to drinking straight from the carton.
In context,
_take through the head_
appears to mean,
"drink a liquid straight from its container."
Not in UD.

Once that we recognize that we do not err out of laziness, stupidity,
or evil intent, we can uncumber ourselves of the impossible burden of
trying to be permanently right. We can take seriously the proposition
that we could be in error, without necessarily deeming ourselves
idiotic or unworthy.
