Riley "Li'l Reezi" Freeman, pausing in his drinking straight from the carton:

"I don't need no glass, Grandad. I _takes_ mine _through the head_!"

then going back to drinking straight from the carton.


In context,

_take through the head_

appears to mean,

"drink a liquid straight from its container."
