Google Books advanced search

You might find my approach more convenient.  I never want the
non-advanced search page, so I made a shortcut to the advanced search
page (http://books.google.com/advanced_book_search) and just go there
directly whenever I want to look in Google Books.  (In fact, I put a
whole folder of shortcuts to Google advanced search pages--Google
Books/News/Scholar/etc.--on the Favorites Bar in IE for easy access.)
For Google itself I just use http://www.google.com/advanced_search as
my home page.
