Query: Earliest attestation of "Razzy Dazzy Jazzy Band"

Ignorant question: Has anyone looked at a Current Opinion article from 1918?
It's by no means near the earliest citations, but it's still close enough to
be of use. I am only asking first because I have not looked at most detailed
timelines for "jazz". If it's been glossed over, perhaps it should be added
to the list? And if it's already been noted, my apologies.
