If you don't like "hopefully", I guess you can use "hopedly". Me, I
suppose I'd prefer "hopefully" here (of these) since it's more usual.

If you don't like either, you can use another construction ("It is to be
hoped ..." or whatever).

MWDEU has a good entry for this "hopefully".
