As a consequrnce if having read your post, I'm now aware of a new
instance of the phenomenon we classified as "chickenshit" in the
black-boot Army, something that I wasn't aware of before. I have no
interest in pursuing the subject. But, thanks to your post, I'm not
pursuing it because I don't want to pursue it and not because I'm
ignorant of its existence.

So, O don't feei that my reading it was a waste of my time. OTOH, some
may consider reading my reply a waste of time.

WRT "black-boot Army," it's my own invention, based on the genuine GI
jargon, "_brown-shoe_ Army."
