This is the second time I've heard Doc Rivers use "in front of" to mean
something completely different:

> "You're always disappointed when that happens," said Celtics coach Doc
> Rivers. "You should never put yourself in front of the team."

This was his reaction to Rajon Rondo's suspension for throwing the ball
at a ref during a game. Perhaps he meant "before" or "ahead of the team"
but "in front of" is hard to parse in this instance. It's almost as if
he had a word that meant "ahead" and looked it up in a dictionary and
got "in front of" as an alternative, but without context.
