John Wayne says it in "She Wore a Yellow Ribbon" (1949). 121,000 hits.

The movie is based partly on the short story "Command," by James Warner
Bellah, which appeared in the _Saturday Evening Post_ for June 8, 1946.

The quotation is on p. 78:
