Thanks Neal,

Wouldn't that be "agen" ~uggen for "again" instead of "agin"?

To me the IPA is too English unfriendly and thwarts the use of phonetics.  The truespel phonetics version of the below passage is

~~That kwik baezh faaks jumpd in thee air over eech thhin daug.  Look out, Ie shout, for heez foild yue uggen, kree"aeteeng kae'aas.~~


In common US dialect the ending "t"s would be glottalized, and the "t" in "creating" would go to ~d.  "for" might be ~fer, and "you" might be ~yu.  there might be y-glides in ~kreeyyaeteeng and ~kaeyaas.
