1907 _Times of India_ 2 Jan. 8 (ProQuest Historical Newspapers)  "The way leading to electric tele-vision," Professor Korn responded, "will still be a long one.  For the moment being, a thousand conducting wires and some apparatus a thousand times more complicated would be required, and this would be exceedingly expensive."
