Campaigning in Puerto Rico for the upcoming primary, Rick Santorum
decided to display a combination of linguistic bigotry and
constitutional ignorance.

Better to keep your mouth shut and be thought a fool than open it and
remove all doubt.

was a joke. Sadly, no.
