FWIW, I learned _fuck over_ merele as "take advantage of" another's
naivete. Over the past half-century, though, it has acquired much
harsher connotations. Given that the post quoted specifies "small,"
implying, perhaps, a certain lack of experience in the world of big
business, coming across the sentence above was like coming across an
old friend from back in the day. And, of course, "fuck NP over" is
more common "in the larger community" than "fuck over NP," IAC, IME.
