"Sweet Sugar-Bugger"

Title of a rockabilly song by Peggy Upton from 1958.

I'm not familiar with the song, but I know the expression and, if I ever
had occasion to write it, I'd spell it

"sweet sugar-booger"

Are there speakers who pronounce _bugger_ as "booger"? Or is it rather the
case that there are speakers who pronounce _sugar_ as "shugger"?

Youneverknow.
