NYC's Upper, Lower, and mid- East Sides

I remain lightly informed about Manhattan, despite being a fan of it, but
the mention of real estate concoctions reminds me of Saint Louis.  The
Central West End has come to mean not the CWE proper but "anywhere in the
central corridor White people consent to live in the city."  It has a
serious racial vector, and it's largely pedaled by Coldwell Banker.
