The restaurant's pallets

A promotional article in my town's newspaper about a local
Argentinian steakhouse says the owners "are revamping the 10-year-old
restaurant's menu to accommodate all pallets."

In this modern age, 'tis a good thing to be flexible in accommodating
all modes of produce delivery.
