Pronunciation of "malware"

So we have "malware" with the original [ae] (ash) as in "malpractice", "mall-wear" essentially with [O], and…hypergallic [a] (or really script-a) as in (my pronunciation of) moll-wear, as befits a gangster's girlfriend. Useful, if unintended, distinctions.
