This would be wonderful except I fear (given the fact that not a single link from this page seems to work) it's a put-on.  I'll be in Austin in a month, though, so if I get a sudden craving for a vasectomy, maybe I'll look up Dr. Dick Chopp and ask him whether his business has fallen off…
