Fwd: hot bagels made in Brooklyn

For those interested in accents, this is a restored video from 1979 about
Brooklyn bagel making. I was struck by the difference in accents between
age groups -- the one younger bagelmaker sounds very different to me than
the more middle-aged bagelmakers.
