Antedating of "phablet"

Here's a 3rd September 2009 by Sloan Bowman, referring to the Nokia
N900. At the time, Joe Gallo worked for Nokia.

@JGallo02 With that device it would be worth getting a pay as you go

phablet = Phone/Tablet. And I agree I love Maemo especially V.5
