Ah, I was omitting the possibility of a /'li:z@/ spelled "Lisa".  I haven't encountered that, just Liza (rhymes with "tries a") and Lisa (rhymes with "piece a"), but I suppose voiced versions of "Lisa" must exist (rhyming with a "Pisa", or a non-rhotic "geezer").
