Q: "The Record", New Jersey, 2012

I think it is the same, and often called familiarly "The Bergen Record", or maybe "The (Bergen) Record"--hard to hear those parentheses.  A piece  with a nice shout-out on its role in Bridgegate and other local issues in today's NYT:
