Q: "The Record", New Jersey, 2012

I only had the citation "The Record". The article I was interested
in (it was Ben Z. who found it for me, and on-line it too only
identifies itself as "The Record") is about Fort Lee, which is a bit
far from Bergen but I suppose even Bergen is still in northjersey.
