the panoramic view east and west is where the '360' name comes from."

The view of Boston (which is to the southeast) is notable, but one
would have to extend the panorama to the north and south to attain 360 degrees.

In an article about a new residential building in Arlington (Mass.)
called, unsurprisingly, "Arlington 360".  Arlington Advocate.
