Wonder if Indian-ians are aware that the number <28> caused near-riots in
Taiwan a few years ago. The Mandarin-speaking DMV bureaucrats designated
Taoyuan County with 28 on license plates. For Southern Min speakers, <ji>
(two) + <ba> (eight) sounds like 'pussy'. See how long ya can slip that
