Not entirely an original coinage: "Pneumocephalus is the presence of air or
gas within the cranial cavity..." i.e. "airhead".

Just passing the coined word along, not endorsing the author.
This writer has kicked over his own hornets nest with his post...
(I do not want to light off 9 pages of flame-war here.)

But "pneumoceph" does not seem like a gender-specific slur, and it might be
actually fun to use in other contexts.
