[Ads-l] Charlie side

Dallas cop talking about the shooter and his van, says the shooter claims to
have cameras and can probably see the "Charlie side" of his vehicle. Any
ideas which side that might be? All I could find were firefighting
references whereby the Charlie side of a building is the back. So maybe it's
the back of the car? Link is
