Having coined a fake meaning of "Santorum" as a sociopolitical act, Dan 
Savage is now contemplating Duggar, though he wasn't the first. As per 
Dan Savage Wants To Turn 'Duggar' Into The New 'Santorum' (by Ed Mazza), 
the Urban Dictionary already had an entry:
