There's also "man-trim", if urban dictionary can be believed (often a dicey question, of course)--"Predominantly used by the gay male community, could also be applied to a female." But virtually no hits for either on Google (yet). The one hit for "cute guy(-)trim", for example, is the innocent
my hair is so lucky to have a cute guy trim it lol
And no man(-)trim at all on the relevant reading. Maybe it would have caught on more if it lent itself to blends à la "manscaping", "mancation", "mansplaining", "manzeer, "murse", et al, but somehow I don't see "mrim" making the cut...
