[Ads-l] hone = aim

He honed his flashlight towards the noise. (Andrew Case. 2016. The Big
Fear. Seattle: Thomas and Mercer, p. 9)

"hone in on" for "home in on" goes back a half century, but "hone" for
"aim" is a new one on me. A search on "honed towards" shows no hits, and
the Free Dictionary doesn't have the usage. MWDEU doesn't list the usage
either, so maybe this is a nonce usage.
