More than few, I'd say, although perhaps someone with a more detailed knowledge of the history of restrictive immigration laws and policies (including those barring/restricting entry to those of her own Sikh ethnicity) might chime in usefully.  I believe she also missed the Japanese internment episode, which certainly relates to race, ethnicity, and immigration.  Granted, her point was that we *shouldn't* be doing this, but what she said (even in context) is that we never did.  (Arguably, though, even I'm right in taking her claim to indeed be false, I agree that what she did fails to qualify as "outright lying".)
