Do you mean “race-discriminate”? 

Arnold Zwicky seems to say that such a construction is not very likely in "What’s wrong with this verb?” (https://arnoldzwicky.org/2015/07/29/whats-wrong-with-this-verb/#more-21690 <https://arnoldzwicky.org/2015/07/29/whats-wrong-with-this-verb/#more-21690>) unless there’s some extra semantic punch you can get out of compounding.
