[Ads-l] emoji confusion

Planet Fitness uses the thumb-up emoji to represent several things, but one
recebt ad confuses me.

The voice says "because we all could use a little LOVE", but the writing
ends with the thumb-up emoji. Since when does the thumb-up mean love?
