Is that quotation from Alec, Evelyn, Auberon, Alexander, or Daisy?
Or did you mean lower case, as in "waugh adj.", 'Tasteless, insipid; unpleasant to the smell or taste, sickly; faint, weak, etc.', or "waugh, int.", 'An exclamation indicating grief, indignation or the like'?
