[Ads-l] Adjective Order

Information about the English conventions on adjective order has popped 
up on Facebook. One of my friends asked whether there's an analogue or 
extension covering multiple titles, e.g., Lieutenant Lord McWhatsit as 
opposed to Lord Lieutenant etc. My first thought was that the situation 
is rare enough not to have developed a consensus, but second thought was 
dubious. Is there any research or other information on this?
