According to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1027902 <https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1027902>, a "dash dash space enter” combination triggers this. It’s not clear whether “dash” means hyphen, m-dash or n-dash.
You probably just got lucky with just the right combination that one time.
