I hadn't really heard this but a friend writes:
"I guess At Scale is mostly just a Silicon Valley thing. There literally
isn't a day at work where someone says, We should do that *at scale.* It
generally means: take a shitty idea like putting popup ads within YouTube
videos, which typically is initially tested with a small audience, and
apply it to every view of every YouTube video globally."

and the replies,
"we say "*to* scale" and "operationalize it".  Also we like "actionable
research".

and
In my biz we say "move it a C hair."
If that doesn't work we say. "Fuck it, just nail it"
