Does anyone know whether the Library of Congress has changed the web addresses for its newspaper archive making old ChroniclingAmerica links obsolte?

Or is there a temporary outage for maintenance?

Or am I the only one having a problem connecting to the site?  I haven't been able to connect for a few days.  Same problem from two different devices.
