[Ads-l] pronunciation of the capital of Ukraine

I am not sure how to explain it, but I would say that what most people get
wrong is the second syllable is not expressed as a full syllable, but as a
second vowel sound following the first: KEY-ev, similar to the car company
Kia, but with a v at the end.
