Excellent! Many thanks to Dave Wilton for obtaining images and data
from "Take One" and "American Film".

Here is an update about the citation in the revised edition of
"Hitchcock/Truffaut". Using various books and websites I have
indirectly identified most of the pertinent French text (see below)
and the relevant page numbers. Also, a helpful person has submitted a
request to the New York Public library to obtain page scans of the
target text.
