Does Random House or OUP have a lock on the HDAS entries for P-Z?

I think something like GDoS or HDoSF (et al.) could be fairly easy  to
implement, depending on the form (digitized, how digitized?) of the
material available. Perhaps J. Green would consider a curated merger? Of
course, any royalties or other returns would take a steep cut from the
expected riches deriving from print publication, if a steep cut from
next-to-nothing is possible.
