X-agnostic in these combined forms is similar in import to the earlier (at
least I'm guessing it was earlier) X-neutral:
"platform-neutral" has a bunch of hits, although not as many as
"platform-agnostic".  But then again X-neutral has a wider
distribution--for "carbon-neutral" we don't have the alternate form
"carbon-agnostic"--so maybe -agnostic has become specialized for the "I
don't care which" sense.
