"Even The Swell's Night Guide [1841], a kind of Ladies' Directory, has: 'The dance was followed up by an out-and-out song by Mike Hunt, whose name was called out in a way that must not be mentioned to ears polite.'"

There are many people named "Mike Hunt" in college yearbooks and student newspapers.  Very few are so obviously from context referencing the pun, but I suspect that in most cases, whoever provided the name to the author was snickering when he did so.

And while we're at it, "Peter Gozinya" can be antedated to Phi Gamma Delta in the 1968 University of Indiana Arbutus:
