_Variety_ (I believe) has also referred to film critics as "crix."
So....you could have

 "CRIX NIX CHIX PIX" as well as "HIX PIX NIX CRIX,"  "HIX, CHIX NIX CRIX
PIX," and "CRIX NIX HIX FLIX CHIX."
