Not in OED. We've all seen these in movies.
1853 _United Service Magazine_ (June) 185: [Prussian] officers in undress
wear a lightly braided "attila" (or tunic).
1918 _Infantry Journal_ (Sept.) 196: Attila. Jacket of [German] hussars.
Discontinued.
1974 Company of Military Historians _Military Uniforms in America: The
Civil War Period_ (Presidio Press) 139: ATTILA. A single-breasted,
hip-length braided coat.
2000 Stephen Bull_World War One German Army_ (London: Brassey's) 11: The
basic short jacket of the other ranks of the [Imperial German] hussars was
the "Attila," decorated with five rows of white or yellow frogging to the
front and a line of lace extending down the back on either side.
