[Ads-l] Help with "Ten Gallon Hat"

I forward postings on this list that I think are improvements or additions to the historical record to the OED.  For some reason I have not been forwarding material on "ten gallon hat" to the OED, but I now realize that I should do this if there are antedatings of "ten gallon hat."  Can someone please forward to me the earliest citation that been unearthed for "ten gallon hat" ?
