1928 _Times_ 10 Nov. 11/4 (Times Digital Archive)  The Pan-German _Deutsche Zeitung_ observes that, even though Germany has experienced all the humiliations of helplessness during the last ten years, that period has led her towards the "Third Reich," which will arise in the blaze of glory of the Imperial crown.
