At least two electronic signs on I-76 in New Jersey read:
AVOID DISTRACTIONS
DONUT EAT WHILE DRIVING
This might be a malaprop or a speech recognition error, but having seen a few imaginative signs on I-76 in New Jersey, I wonder if it might have been deliberate
OFF-TOPIC:  "do" is both a homophone and a heterophone(do, dew, due  and do (musical note), dought, doe).I don't know of any others.
